Markets
The Ottawa Artisans Guild, a collection of local artisans, sponsors several juried markets each year where its members present their hand made articles for sale to the public.
Several sales are held in the fall in locations across the city, and a spring sale is held at Lester B. Pearson High School in Gloucester. Please see the calendar of events for specific dates and locations of our markets.
A “juried market” is one in which all items offered for sale by a member have been reviewed by experienced artisans to ensure that the products meet all the standards published by the Guild. This ensures that only premier quality items are available to our customers.
Admission and parking are always free however, we do appreciate the donation of non-perishable food or money which is used to support local food banks. |
