Membership
Membership is open to any resident of Ontario living within 100 kilometres of Parliament Hill.
To apply for membership, please complete a Membership Form and bring it, along with a cheque for your membership fees and three samples of your work to be juried, to any General Meeting.
- Only members are allowed to participate in markets sponsored by the Guild.
- Members receive a monthly Newsletter.
- Members are insured for liability when participating in Guild markets.
- Members are eligible for discounts on various offers from associated organizations.
- Members can participate in expositions of arts and crafts sponsored by the Guild or associated organizations.
- Members may participate in hands on learning of new crafts.
- Members must perform a market task if participating in a market.
- Members must meet and maintain the standards set by the Guild for their craft.
- It is expected that members will, at some time, participate in the governance of the Guild by holding a position on the Executive.
| REGULAR |
any person having reached the age of 18 years. |
| SPOUSAL |
the wife, husband or partner of an Regular member. |
| JUNIOR |
any person under the age of 14 years whose parent or guardian is a Regular member |
| YOUTH |
any person between the ages of 14 and 17 years. |
| FAMILY |
a Regular and Spousal member and up to two Junior or Youth members. |
